We are the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) committee of the Institute of Aquaculture at the University of Stirling. Committee members include a range of staff and students in different roles and career stages (you can find out more about current committee members here).

As a committee we are dedicated to ensuring that the Institute of Aquaculture at Stirling achieves equality for all staff and students, that all forms of diversity are accepted and understood, and that all feel welcome and included. We work together on initiatives to create change. We listen to our colleagues and students. We believe that we can and should do better in relation to EDI issues.

We plan to share what we have been working on, useful resources, events and more via this website and our social media accounts.
